Please read these terms carefully before using our website or participating in any session or programme.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pensora website at pensorad.pro and your participation in any session, workshop, briefing, or programme offered by Pensora ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or registering for any of our offerings, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or register for our sessions.

1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:
- "Agreement" means these Terms together with any booking confirmation or programme letter we issue to you.
- "Content" means all text, materials, printed handouts, reference lists, and other information made available in connection with a session or on our website.
- "Service" means the educational sessions, workshops, briefings, and document organisation programmes described on our website and offered by Pensora.
- "User" or "you" means any person who accesses our website or registers for or participates in a session or programme.
- "We", "us", "our" means Pensora, with our registered place of business at 64 Lorong Maarof, Bangsar Park, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, submitting an enquiry form, or registering for any session or programme, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- You have read and understood these Terms; and
- You agree to be bound by them.
Where you register on behalf of a couple or household, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all participants.
3. Service Description
Pensora provides general educational and document organisation services to individuals and households in Malaysia. Our current offerings are described on our website and include:
- A guided three-hour household paperwork organisation workshop for individuals and couples;
- A series of four group briefings on publicly available pension-related topics, delivered across a year; and
- A year-long household document organisation programme including an initial setup session, quarterly check-ins, and an annual review.
All sessions are educational and organisational in nature. Nothing in our sessions, printed materials, or other content constitutes professional financial, legal, or advisory guidance of any kind. We do not interpret official documents on behalf of participants, and we do not represent participants before any authority or institution.
Sessions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust session formats, dates, or content to reflect changes in publicly available information or in our operational arrangements, and we will communicate material changes to registered participants in advance where reasonably practicable.
4. Booking and Fees
Fees
Session fees are published on our website in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Fees are inclusive of any printed reference materials provided during the session. Fees do not include transport to and from the session venue.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the booking confirmation we issue when you register. We accept payment by bank transfer and such other methods as we may specify from time to time. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes to fees
We reserve the right to revise our published fees at any time. The fee applicable to your booking is the fee confirmed in your booking confirmation, not any subsequently revised fee.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations by you
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking:
- Cancellations received more than 14 days before the session date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations received between 7 and 14 days before the session date are eligible for a 50% refund or a transfer to the next available session of the same type, at your choice.
- Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the session date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to the next available session of the same type, subject to availability.

Cancellations by us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session where the minimum number of registrations has not been reached, or in circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where we cancel a session, we will offer you a full refund or a transfer to an equivalent session. We will not be liable for any other costs you may have incurred in connection with the cancelled session.
6. User Responsibilities
When using our website or participating in our sessions, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when completing enquiry or registration forms;
- Treat the session facilitator and other participants with courtesy and respect;
- Not record any session (audio, video, or otherwise) without our prior written permission;
- Not share printed materials provided in sessions with third parties for commercial purposes; and
- Use the website and its content for lawful personal purposes only.
You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you bring to a session are your own or that you have permission to bring them. We do not copy, photograph, scan, or retain any documents brought to sessions.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services to:
- Engage in any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law or the law of any applicable jurisdiction;
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from our sessions or website without our prior written consent;
- Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive content into our systems;
- Impersonate any person or organisation; or
- Collect or harvest information about other participants.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, layout, design, and printed reference materials produced for sessions — is owned by or licensed to Pensora and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website content and session materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, adapt, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Session materials that reference publicly available publications (such as government guides) do not convey any rights in those publications beyond what is already available to the public.
9. Disclaimers
Our sessions and website content are provided for general educational and document organisation purposes only. They do not constitute and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, tax, or any other form of regulated advice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that publicly available information referred to in our sessions is accurate at the time of delivery, but we cannot warrant the completeness, currency, or accuracy of any such information. Participants should refer to the relevant official sources and seek qualified professional advice for their individual circumstances.
Our website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access and accept no liability for any temporary unavailability of the website.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your use of our website or participation in our sessions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss;
- Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any booking or participation shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the relevant session or programme; and
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pensora and its facilitators harmless from any claims, costs, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website or session content, or any false or misleading information you have provided to us.
12. Personal Data
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering for our services, you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to our website or participation in any session, without notice and without refund obligation, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where your conduct is disruptive to other participants or to the facilitator.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination. The provisions of Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
14. Dispute Resolution
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Informal resolution
Before commencing any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will endeavour to respond within 10 business days.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
15. General Provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any booking confirmation issued to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pensora in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior representations and understandings.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor in the event of a restructure or transfer of our operations.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For bookings already confirmed at the time of any revision, the Terms in effect at the date of booking confirmation shall continue to apply to that booking. For new enquiries and registrations made after a revision, the updated Terms shall apply.
