Making Sense of Your Retirement Paperwork

Pensora offers general education sessions and household document organisation support for individuals approaching or already in retirement. Everything we do is informational and organisational in nature — we do not provide professional financial, legal, or advisory services of any kind. Think of us as a calm, unhurried guide through publicly available information and your own personal filing.

Our Sessions and Programmes

Each of the following is a general educational or organisational offering. None of them constitute professional advice, and none should be read as a substitute for consulting a qualified practitioner about your specific situation.

Common Questions

A few things people often ask before attending a session.

What does Pensora actually do? +
Pensora offers general education sessions about publicly available pension information and practical workshops to help households organise their personal documents. We do not provide financial planning, legal advice, or any form of regulated guidance. Everything is informational in nature.
Who are these sessions for? +
Our sessions are designed for individuals and couples who are approaching retirement or are already retired, and who want a clearer picture of their household documents and a working understanding of publicly available pension information. No prior knowledge is assumed.
Will you tell me what to do with my EPF or pension fund? +
No — and this is an important distinction. We work with publicly available information only. We can help you understand what official publications say and how to locate the right official channels for your questions. For decisions about your specific situation, you should consult a qualified and licensed financial or legal practitioner.
Where do the sessions take place? +
Group briefings and workshops are held at our Bangsar Park office in Kuala Lumpur. The Annual Document Organisation Programme includes an option for an initial visit to your home or preferred location within Kuala Lumpur, with subsequent check-ins held at your choice of location or at our office.
How many people attend a group briefing? +
Group briefings are kept deliberately small — usually between six and twelve participants — so there is time for questions and conversation. The Household Paperwork Workshop can be attended as an individual or as a couple.
What is the cost and how do I pay? +
The Household Paperwork Organisation Workshop is RM 520 per session. The Quarterly Briefing Series is RM 2,180 for the full annual series. The Annual Document Organisation Programme is RM 4,650. Payment details are confirmed upon registration. Please contact us to enquire about current session dates.
Is my personal information kept private? +
Yes. Any information you share with us is used solely to coordinate your session and communicate with you about it. We do not share participant details with third parties and we do not retain documents you bring to workshops. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why Households Choose Pensora

Plain Language Throughout

We write and speak in ordinary English, avoiding jargon. Every session is designed for people who are not financial specialists — because most people are not.

Unhurried Pacing

Sessions are not rushed. We work through material carefully and leave room for questions. There is no pressure to absorb everything quickly or to make any decisions on the spot.

Clear Scope, No Overreach

We are explicit about what we do and do not do. We cover general information and organisation. We do not interpret your specific documents, and we do not advise on financial decisions.

Small Group Sizes

Briefings are kept to a small number of attendees so every participant has room to ask questions and the facilitator can respond thoughtfully rather than rushing through material.

Tangible Take-Aways

Every session leaves you with something practical — a folder structure, a checklist, a printed reference list — rather than just memories of a presentation.

Based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Our sessions are held in a quiet, accessible office in Bangsar Park. For the annual programme, we can come to you for the initial session anywhere within Kuala Lumpur.
